Venue Industry Awards

The VMA’s Venue Industry Awards are the premier awards program in our industry for the Asia Pacific region.

About The Awards

Recognising excellence across the venue industry

The VMA Venue Industry Awards are the premier recognition program for venue professionals across the Asia-Pacific region. Since 2010, these awards have honoured the outstanding individuals who elevate our industry — those delivering iconic events, unforgettable experiences, and meaningful contributions to our collective success.

Award Categories

Each year, we celebrate exceptional talent through three core categories:

  • Venue Professional of the Year
  • Allied Professional of the Year
  • Young Achiever of the Year (for professionals under 30)

These categories reflect the breadth of expertise and passion within our community — from frontline leaders to future visionaries.

Celebrating impact

Recognising innovation, leadership, and industry-wide contribution.

The Venue Industry Awards are grounded in real results. Winners are chosen based on their professional achievements and their broader impact across the industry — with a focus on the 12 months prior to nomination.

Our industry is unique — and so are the people who drive it forward. The Awards celebrate those rare individuals who combine operational excellence with a deep passion for shaping culture, community, and legacy through venues.
