NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

By order of the Board of Directors, notice is hereby given to Members of the Venue Management Association (Asia & Pacific) Limited that the Annual General Meeting for the year 1 January – 31 December 2025 will be held as follows:

AGM Papers – AGM Papers will be available for download from Monday 4 May 2026, including the 2026 AGM Agenda, 2025 VMA Annual Report (including the Audited Financial Statements), and AGM Minutes – 12 May 2025. If you have any trouble accessing please contact the VMA office on +61 (0)7 5575 9185.

Proxies
Members who cannot attend the AGM may appoint a proxy to act on their behalf. Completed 2026 VMA AGM Proxy Form must be received at the VMA office by 12 noon AEST Wednesday 6th May 2026 to be valid.

Only financial members (Fellows, Active and Allied members) are entitled to vote or appoint a Proxy to attend and vote on their behalf at the AGM. Unless otherwise instructed, the Proxy may vote as he or she thinks fit in respect of any resolution. A blank Proxy Form is included with these AGM Papers.
