Change Management entails thoughtful planning and sensitive implementation, and above all, consultation with and involvement of the people affected by the change. The aim of this session is to look at some modern-day principles and backed up by examples which underpin successful change.Learning Objectives
The objectives of the session include:

  • Understanding the need to successfully manage the change process.
  • Review current day trends that are dictating the need to change.
  • Outline the steps to be taken to introduce the change.

To review the trends that have impacted contemporary organisations and how and why these trends have bought about a need to change the way organisations behave.

During the session, the class will discuss the steps needed to be taken to successfully introduce change within an organisation or group of people.
