Booking and Scheduling is a critical aspect of venue management.  Achieving the right mix of events can significantly increase venue profitability.This course will seek to make students aware of the many variables which have a bearing on event mix in different venue types and the role the booking scheduler plays in attempting to secure the ideal range of events.It will cover terminology in this area and present examples to maximise yield for your venue.
