  • Note: Welcome Reception and Congress Gala Dinner Tickets are not included in Registration without Accommodation. If you wish to attend these functions, tickets are to be purchased.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Full payment of fees is required prior to the Congress.. Please note if registration is made less than two weeks prior to the Congress, the only payment option available is credit card. Payment can be made in the following ways:

Cancellation Policy • All cancellations must be made in writing • Cancellations postmarked on or before 7th April 2017 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administration fee of $150.00. No refunds will be made for cancellations postmarked after this date. • Eligible refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the Congress. • Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the Congress provided the Congress Secretariat is advised in writing. • If the Congress is cancelled for any reason, all registration fees will be refunded in full, however VMA will not be liable for any other expenses, costs or losses incurred by you by reason of such cancellation, including without limitation, airfares, transfers or other accommodation.
