Lindsay Adams is a practiced speaking professional, workshop facilitator, and business coach. With over 20 years of Human Resource experience, Lindsay’s focus is on building effective teams and leaders.

Lindsay is a strong supporter of the Venue Management Association (VMA). He has volunteered in many capacities including serving as a long standing instructor with the Venue Management School (VMS), organising the program for the annual VMA Congress and has served as one of the two Allied Member Representatives on the VMA Council.  In 2015 he was awarded the Allied Venue Professional of the Year.

He has a wealth of experience working within Venues and other Organisations across Australia, New Zealand and Asia. His lively presentations and follow-up advice help you and your team apply life and business changing principles to their everyday behaviour for long term success and goal fulfillment. Lindsay is a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming and holds many management and training accreditations. He utilizes these in his presentations and consulting work with a diverse range of clients.

Lindsay was the 2009/2010 International President of the Global Speakers Federation and is a past National President of the National Speakers Association of Australia. He has been recognised by his peers of the National Speakers Association of Australia and awarded the 2009 Nevin Award, their most cherished award and highest honour.

In March 2013 Lindsay was awarded a Life Membership by the National Speakers Association of Australia in recognition of his speaking prowess and service to the industry within Australia and Internationally
